翻轉東石災難地景的兩棲休憩場域

【災難與奇觀的雙面地景】
依據檢測，嘉義東石沿海正以每年 7.1 公分的速度下陷，在傳統紅磚三合院的牆面上，刻下了高達 75 公分的潮汐變動痕跡。長久以來，這片沉沒地景被視為極端氣候下的負面教材，承載著居民撤離的無奈。然而，當我們拋開「災難」的預設立場，這片由海水與紅磚交織出的鏡面水域，其實具備了極其獨特的空間奇觀。

【褪去悲情的光學構築】
本設計旨在顛覆傳統對廢墟的「紀念碑式」操作，拒絕消極的防洪與哀悼。針對這 0-75 公分的動態水域，設計導入了 [15公分] 為單位的高程模組進行垂直切換。藉由現代光學介質與親水機能的介入，主動邀請人們走入這片被封存的生活痕跡中。

【與水共生的動態遊樂場】
空間不再是靜止的遺構，而是隨著潮汐漲退，在『踏浪、涉水、觀影、遊憩』之間進行動態轉換。我們將原本令人感傷的淹水現場，翻轉為一處充滿笑聲與光影變化的水上遊戲場，讓人們在淹沒與浮現之間，重新定義人與變動環境的共生關係。

Amphibious Resilience: Transforming the Disaster Landscape of Dongshi

[Dual Landscape]
Dongshi coast sinks 7.1cm annually, leaving 75cm tidal marks on traditional red-brick houses. Often viewed as a tragic climate disaster, this submerged landscape actually reveals a unique spatial spectacle when we set aside the "disaster" label. The mirrored water and red bricks create unexpected beauty.

[Optical Tectonics]
Subverting the monumental approach to ruins, this design rejects passive flood defense. For the 0-75cm dynamic water zone, we introduce a 15cm elevation module. Modern optical mediums and amphibious functions actively invite people to step into these sealed traces of past lives.

[Symbiotic Playground]
No longer a static relic, the space dynamically shifts between wading, viewing, and playing with the tides. We transform this melancholic flooded site into a vibrant aquatic playground, redefining the symbiotic relationship between humans and the changing environment.
