Centered on the concept of “Interface Flow,” this project explores the relationship between boundaries and movement in space. Located at the intersection of the harbor and the city, the site is reinterpreted not as a line of separation, but as a point of transformation and spatial generation. By introducing the idea of “flow,” intangible elements—such as human movement, sightlines, wind, and light—are translated into a continuous spatial sequence, allowing the environment to evolve through layered interactions.
The design is organized through a multi-level circulation system connecting exhibition spaces, accommodations, commercial programs, and public open areas. Through undulating terrain, gentle slopes, and interconnected platforms, distinctions between interior and exterior, as well as between different elevations, are blurred, creating a seamless and permeable spatial experience.
