循環杯借還機台

本作品為專為手搖飲場景研發的閉環式循環杯設備，核心解決一次性塑膠杯造成的環境污染問題。機台採緊湊型垂直三層結構，可直接擺放於飲料店門口、校園等公共區域，實現無人力協助的「單機自循環」獨立運作。

使用者通過手機App即可租借乾淨杯，飲用後將髒杯、殘飲分別投入對應入口，機台自動翻杯分離殘渣與杯體。髒杯進入中層核心區，依次完成微型破碎、360°高壓噴洗、PTC熱風烘乾及UV殺菌，全方位保障杯體衛生。下層設乾淨杯暫存區、密閉殘渣桶與除臭模組，清洗後的乾淨杯經垂直循環導軌送回上層，殘渣3-5天清運一次，無異味、不滋生細菌。

本機台實現「租借-使用-歸還-清洗-再租借」全閉環，摒棄傳統外送清洗模式，大幅降低運營成本，為消費者提供便捷體驗，幫店家提升永續形象，也為城市減塑提供輕量級、高落地性的實用解決方案，實現環保、便捷與實用合一。

CupLock

CupLock is a closed-loop device for bubble tea, solving single-use plastic cup pollution. With a compact vertical three-layer structure, it can be placed at storefronts and campuses for human-free self-circulation.

Users borrow clean cups via a mobile App. After use, put dirty cups and leftovers into separate inlets; the machine automatically tips to separate residues. Dirty cups go through micro-crushing, 360° high-pressure washing, PTC drying and UV sterilization in the middle layer for full hygiene. The lower layer has a clean cup storage area, sealed residue barrel and deodorization module. Clean cups are sent back upward via a vertical guide rail, residues are collected every 3-5 days without odor or bacteria.

It achieves a full closed-loop, abandoning external cleaning and cutting costs. It offers convenience for consumers, boosts sustainable image for stores, and provides a lightweight, practical solution for urban plastic reduction.
