以水果未成熟到成熟階段的果皮顏色呈現視覺漸層效果,將每個時間片段轉化為環形切片。層層堆疊的結構不僅呼應果實切片食用的形式,也象徵水果在時間中逐步成熟與累積養分。罐頭作為保存食物、封存時間的載體,結合當季水果,轉化為兼具實用與教育意義的設計媒介。包裝融入「春疏、夏清、秋潤、冬藏」的季節食補概念,整合盛產時節與營養資訊,並延伸為水果日曆,建立時間與食物之間的連結。隨著保存與運輸技術進步,水果季節界線逐漸模糊,本設計以罐頭「封存」的意象作為反向提醒,喚起對當季鮮果的感知與珍惜,重新理解順時而食的價值。
在視覺上,以水果從未成熟到成熟階段的果皮顏色變化作為主軸,呈現自然的漸層效果,並將每個時間片段轉化為環形切片。透過層層堆疊的結構,不僅呼應果實切片的食用形式,也象徵水果在時間中逐步成熟與累積養分,使時間轉化為可視的成長軌跡。
此外,罐頭隱含「延長保存」與「錯置時間」的雙重意義,對比當代隨時可得的非當季水果,引發對便利與自然節奏的反思。透過將季節資訊重新融入包裝與內容,讓水果成為承載時間、環境與身體關係的媒介,引導人們回歸順應季節的飲食方式。
This project reinterprets canned food as a medium that preserves both food and time, transforming it into a functional and educational design. By integrating seasonal fruits, the packaging reflects the concept of seasonal nourishment—“Spring Detox, Summer Cooling, Autumn Moisturizing, Winter Nourishing”—combining harvest periods with nutritional information, and extending into a fruit calendar that connects time with food.
Visually, gradients inspired by fruit ripening stages are translated into layered circular slices, symbolizing the accumulation of nutrients over time. As preservation and transportation blur seasonality, the idea of “canning” becomes a reminder to value fresh, in-season fruits and to reconnect with natural rhythms, encouraging a more mindful approach to seasonal living.
