靈感源自於台灣城隍廟的「夜巡抓鬼」儀式，本系列將這一傳統上令人畏懼的儀式轉化為時裝的詮釋，使更廣泛的觀眾能夠理解並欣賞這項無形的文化遺產。夜巡的目的在於驅邪除煞、捉拿逾期未歸的遊魂，並為當地社區帶來安全感與心靈上的慰藉。

服裝設計概念融合了夜巡香陣隊伍中各路神祇與護法的服飾元素。例如，七爺八爺標誌性的「開肚」設計與飄逸水袖、家將服飾的寬大飛肩輪廓，以及城隍爺的寬袍大袖。本系列主要採用深色調的布料，如黑色與暗紋布，並透過不同材質的層次搭配，營造優雅神秘且具備威嚴的視覺效果。

此外，黑紗、串珠、流蘇與緞帶等細節元素進一步增強秀場效果，使模特在行走時展現出莊重且充滿動態美感的氛圍。袖口與衣襬的垂墜感，以及串珠的搖曳，使整體造型更具流動感，還原夜巡行進時的律動節奏。

本系列不僅是對視覺美學的呈現，更希望透過設計，重新詮釋夜巡抓鬼儀式的精神與文化價值。藉由將這項無形文化資產轉化為可視的藝術表達，本系列在推廣與傳承這一傳統信仰的同時，也將其與現代時尚美學相結合，使當代觀眾能夠親身感受這項神聖儀式的深度與魅力。

Night Patrol

Inspired by Taiwan’s Chenghuang Temple “Night Patrol Ghost-Hunting” ritual, this collection transforms a traditionally fearsome ceremony into a high-fashion interpretation, allowing a wider audience to understand and appreciate this intangible cultural heritage. The night patrol serves to expel evil spirits, capture wandering ghosts who have overstayed their time, and bring a sense of safety and spiritual comfort to the local community.

The design concept incorporates elements from the costumes of deities and guardians in temple processions. For instance, the signature open-stomach design and flowing sleeves of the Seventh and Eighth Lords, the broad-shouldered silhouette of the Jiajiang (Guardian Generals) attire, and the oversized robes of Chenghuang Ye (City God). The collection primarily uses dark fabrics such as black and subtly patterned textiles, layering different materials to create depth and enhance the mysterious and imposing aura of the garments.

Additional details such as black veils, beaded embellishments, tassels, and ribbons enhance the ceremonial ambiance when the models walk, echoing the solemn yet dynamic motion of the night patrol. The draping of the sleeves and hems, along with the swaying beads, adds fluidity and movement, mirroring the procession’s rhythmic flow.

Beyond mere visual representation, this collection seeks to reintroduce the spiritual and cultural significance of the Night Patrol Ghost-Hunting ritual.
