嘉嘉健檢以「健康護照」為核心，透過直覺化設計與互動機制，讓社區健康篩檢變得更易懂、易參與。我們針對30-39歲、40-64歲、65歲以上三大年齡族群，設計對應的篩檢指引與標識，使篩檢內容更貼近各年齡的健康需求，提升參與度與認同感。

服務體驗包含14款象徵嘉義的健康印章，以嘉義縣的健康故事與地方特色為靈感，讓篩檢不只是檢查，更是一種文化體驗。參與者在完成不同篩檢後，獲得對應印章，透過「闖關集章」機制，使篩檢更具趣味性與成就感，強化篩檢動機，讓健康管理更主動。

嘉嘉健檢亦注重友善資訊傳遞，透過清晰圖像、簡潔排版，確保所有參與者（尤其是高齡者）都能輕鬆理解篩檢內容，降低健康資訊落差。同時，透過健康護照累積紀錄，讓居民更有意識地管理健康，促進長期篩檢習慣的建立。

我們結合地方文化與健康篩檢，提升參與度與趣味性，打造具有嘉義特色的健康品牌，推動健康篩檢成為一種主動、可持續的社區行動。

Chiayi County Health Screening

Chiayi County Health Screening is centered around the "Health Passport", incorporating intuitive design and interactive experiences to make community health screenings more accessible and engaging. We have tailored screening guidelines and visual markers for three key age groups: 30-39, 40-64, and 65+, ensuring that each group's specific health concerns are addressed while increasing participation and awareness.

A key feature of this initiative is the 14 unique health-themed stamps, inspired by Chiayi’s local culture and health narratives. This transforms health screenings into a cultural experience rather than just a medical checkup. Participants earn stamps upon completing screenings, using a "stamp collection challenge" to introduce a sense of achievement and fun, ultimately motivating individuals to take a more proactive role in managing their health.

Additionally, Chiayi County Health Screening prioritizes clear visual communication through concise layouts and intuitive graphics, ensuring that all participants—especially seniors—can easily understand the screening process, reducing health information disparities. The Health Passport also serves as a personal health record, encouraging residents to adopt long-term screening habits and better manage their well-being.

By integrating local culture with health screening, we enhance engagement and accessibility, creating a Chiayi-specific health brand that promotes sustainable, proactive community health action and fosters a healthier future for all.
