本設計案之基地是位於高雄鳳山的 ｢原日本海軍鳳山無線電信所」，過去此基地歷經了三段重要的歷史時期，分別為 ｢原日本海軍鳳山無線電信所」、｢鳳山招待所」以及｢海軍明德訓練班」，而後因其稀少性，以及具有重要之歷史價值等條件，於民國99年升級為國定古蹟，且因白色恐怖期間的 ｢鳳山招待所時期」，被審定為不義遺址。
此基地周圍環境特色為無線電信所時期的傘形天線網所形成的雙同心圓都市紋理， 基地內之古蹟建築因其特殊及堅固的構造得以留存至今， 由於過去沉重的歷史時期，導致閒置的基地與世隔絕，多數人不敢入內，所以我們希望透過結合歷史建築的文化價值及觀光需求，將這樣一個具有歷史意義與價值的遺址再利用，改造成以三段歷史為主軸的沉浸式體驗空間，且在體驗過程中融入人權教育素材，讓體驗者認識歷史同時感受歷史，不僅將閒置的歷史建築再利用，亦讓這裡具備了轉型正義的角色，也希望能夠串聯周邊的古蹟文化資產，加以帶動周邊經濟，並為社會帶來正面影響。

Hole One Nine_Immersive experience space_Reuse of unjust ruins

The base of this design is the "Former Japanese Navy Fengshan Radio Telecommunications Station" located in Fengshan, Kaohsiung. In the past, this base has gone through three important historical periods, namely "Former Japanese Navy Fengshan Radio Telecommunications Station", "Fengshan Guest House" and "Navy Mingde Training Class". Later, due to its rarity and important historical value, it was upgraded to a national monument in 2000. It was also identified as an unjust site during the "Fengshan Guest House period" during the White Terror.
The surrounding environment of this site is characterized by a double concentric urban pattern formed by umbrella-shaped antennas from the days of wireless telecommunications stations. The historic buildings on the site have been preserved to this day due to their unique and solid structure. Due to the heavy historical period in the past, the idle base is isolated from the world and most people dare not enter. Therefore, we hope to reuse such a site with historical significance and value by combining the cultural value of historical buildings and tourism needs, and transform it into an immersive experience space with three periods of history as the main axis. In the experience process, human rights education materials are integrated to allow the experiencers to understand history and feel history at the same time. Not only will the idle historical buildings be reused, but it will also play the role of transitional justice. We also hope to connect the surrounding cultural assets of ancient monuments to drive the surrounding economy and bring positive impacts to society.
