情緒與健康息息相關，研究顯示，超過 90% 的疾病與情緒有關，且相關疾病已超過 200 種。在社交場合中，許多人因「過度讀空氣」—過度在意他人眼光與社會氛圍承受無形壓力，卻難以察覺。
本作品以互動購物體驗引導用戶挑選情境商品，並透過「情緒購物收據」揭示心理負擔的來源，如關係緊張、權力與資源不對等，藉此提升自我覺察，促進健康的社交與心理平衡。

設計解決方案
平台將日常社交經驗轉化為直觀商品，用戶透過熟悉的購物流程輕鬆理解情緒消耗的概念。結帳後，系統將生成「情緒購物收據」，並提供專業心理師建議，幫助用戶調整應對方式，提升人際互動的適應能力。
此外，本平台具備高度拓展性，未來將持續納入更多生活情境，深化社會對「過度讀空氣」現象的認識，並提升心理健康意識。

透過明亮配色與扁平化插圖風格，營造出輕鬆探索情緒的購物氛圍，並採用簡潔的介面設計與流暢的操作方式，讓用戶能夠輕鬆上手。此外，平台整合專業心理師建議，針對各概念提供具體回饋與應對方式，幫助用戶理解並調適自身行為。

Design Concept
Emotion and health are closely connected, with studies showing that over 90% of diseases are related to emotions, with more than 200 such illnesses. In social situations, many people experience invisible emotional pressure from excessively "reading the room"—overthinking others' opinions and social expectations, often without realizing its impact.
This project uses an interactive shopping experience to guide users in selecting scenario-based products that reflect their experiences. The system then generates an "Emotional Shopping Receipt," highlighting relationship tension, power imbalance, and resource imbalance as sources of psychological burden.By visualizing emotional consumption, users can better understand its causes, enhance self-awareness, and foster healthier social interactions and mental balance.
