這項計畫以黃豆為主題，融合故事、教案與互動摺紙繪本，透過手作與觀察，引導孩子認識黃豆從種子萌芽到成熟的生長過程。我們希望藉由此計畫培養孩子對天然食材的興趣與尊重，讓他們從小建立對食材來源與環境永續的基礎認知，進一步理解食物與自然的緊密關聯。

本計畫的教案設計涵蓋課堂教學與實作體驗，將透過生動的故事情境，搭配圖片、影片與實際觀察，引導孩子探索黃豆的生長歷程。課程內容不僅僅是靜態的知識傳授，更包含動態的參與體驗，如透過簡單的種植活動，讓孩子親手播種黃豆、觀察發芽與成長的過程。這樣的設計不僅能加深學習印象，也能讓孩子在實際操作中感受自然的奧妙，體驗生命的循環與轉變。

此外，我們特別設計了一套摺紙繪本，透過故事與角色設計，使孩子在閱讀與摺紙互動的過程中，能更直觀地理解黃豆的生長環境與相關生態系統。我們的繪本內含三個主要角色——黃豆、蚯蚓與小鳥——這些角色不僅貫穿整個故事，也在摺紙活動中扮演關鍵角色，讓孩子透過摺紙手作，加深對角色與故事內容的理解與記憶。

為了提升學習的趣味性與互動性，書中還特別設置了 QR Code，連結至摺紙教學影片，讓孩子能透過數位資源，跟隨影片學習如何摺出故事中的角色。這種跨媒體的學習方式，不僅讓孩子能更輕鬆地理解複雜的概念，也能透過實際操作強化學習體驗，培養他們的觀察力、手眼協調與創造力。

透過這樣的多元學習方式，我們期望孩子能夠在遊戲與實作中探索食材的故事，建立對食材來源與環境永續的認識。同時，透過黃豆與生態系統的關聯，我們希望孩子能對自然環境產生更深的關懷與責任感，進一步理解永續發展的概念，並將這種意識帶入日常生活中。

Bean there Done that

This project focuses on soybeans, integrating storytelling, lesson plans, and an interactive origami picture book to help children understand the growth process of soybeans from seeds to maturity through hands-on activities and observation. It aims to cultivate children's interest in natural ingredients, fostering an early understanding of food sources and environmental sustainability.

The lesson plan combines storytelling, images, videos, and real-life observations to introduce children to the soybean life cycle. Beyond passive learning, it includes hands-on experiences like planting soybean seeds and observing their growth. This approach deepens learning, allowing children to appreciate nature’s wonders and the cycle of life.

We have also designed an origami picture book with three key characters—Soybean, Earthworm, and Bird—who represent different aspects of the soybean ecosystem. These characters appear in both the story and origami activities, reinforcing learning through interactive crafting. The book includes a QR code linking to origami tutorials, enabling children to follow along with videos, enhancing engagement and creativity.

This cross-media learning approach simplifies complex concepts while improving observational skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity. Through play and hands-on experiences, children develop an awareness of food sources and sustainability. By understanding the connection between soybeans and ecosystems, they gain a deeper sense of care for nature and responsibility for sustainable development.
