皇后的生存日記

與變裝皇后共同創作，延伸出全新角色 Tierra，透過「日記」作為敘事主軸，將變裝歷程轉化為一種可參與和感受的體驗。內容融合社會對變裝皇后的五大既定印象，包含認為他們只是單純模仿女性、背後是有團隊的、天生就很會跳舞、一向都很自信從容與這個文化單純只是吸睛豔麗的表演；並以素顏與華麗妝容之間的強烈對比，呈現角色在真實自我與外在期待之間的拉扯與壓力。文字書寫不僅是紀錄，更像是一種自我對話，揭露那些未被看見的脆弱與堅持。

我們設定了一位變裝皇后角色黃冠昌/Tierra。 將他的 Instagram 轉化為他的「電子日記」，以紀錄生存狀態去呈現。這種敘事手法就像「偷看日記」一樣，透過第一人稱的心情寫記，讓觀者產生共感。並製作了攝影集，比ig更深入記錄 Tierra 從素顏、完妝到下班後的疲憊，甚至更內心的想法，以化妝包的樣子去包裝。在延伸設計物上，選用紙娃娃作為互動體驗，讓觀者能夠親自拼組角色造型，象徵角色建構與轉換；同時延伸至社群軟體互動，透過貼圖的使用，使大眾得以短暫進入 Tierra 的角色之中。

整體作品不僅在傳達變裝皇后文化的表象，更深入探討在性別框架與社會期待之下，個體如何持續生存、表達與自我認同，進而回應當代對性別多元與平等價值的關注。

Tierra’s Survival Diary

Co-created with a drag queen, this project develops the original character Tierra to confront five social stereotypes through a diary format such as the assumptions that they merely imitate women, rely on teams, are naturally skilled performers, are always confident, and exist only for glamorous spectacle—while challenging them through narrative and visual contrast. By utilizing bare-face contrasts and textual overlays, it illustrates the tension between truth and pressure. Integrating interactive paper dolls and social media stickers, the design explores authentic survival and selfhood, advocating for gender equality and echoing the core values of social justice.
