在功能面上,Aerocycle 透過內建高效發電機,將使用者的物理動能轉化為再生電力,不僅供應智慧儀表運作,更能為行動裝置充電。最關鍵的技術在於 AI 預測性維修系統 (AI-assisted maintenance):透過傳感器偵測核心組件的磨損數據,AI 能精準預測零件壽命,並主動引導使用者針對「模組化結構」進行維修或局部升級,落實「以修代買」的減廢精神。
