重拾動物收容所

本設計以兒童與流浪動物為核心使用者，打造一處結合陪伴與教育的動物收容場域。我們觀察到失親兒童與流浪動物在成長與生存過程中，皆面臨情感支持不足與環境不安的狀態，兩者對於安全感與陪伴具有相似的心理需求。因此，透過空間的規劃與互動機制的設計，期望建立一個讓兒童與動物能自然共處、交流與建立關係的環境，使彼此在互動中獲得情感連結與歸屬感，並達到心理療癒與生命教育的意義。

在空間設計上，以「懷抱」作為整體意象，透過流動且具引導性的廊道動線，串聯行政中心與犬、貓照護區，形塑開放且富有層次的場域體驗。照護區則依動物行為特性進行規劃，設置犬隻復健泳池、貓咪高架棲息區及隱蔽躲藏空間，以降低不同物種之間的干擾，同時提供動物可安心停留的環境。整體設計透過人與動物共享空間的方式，促進信任建立，使陪伴關係在日常互動中自然發生，並形塑一處兼具療癒性與教育性的共生場域。

Rekindle Animal Shelter

This project creates a shelter space for children and stray animals, addressing their shared need for security and companionship. Orphaned children and stray animals often experience emotional instability, and this design aims to provide a place where they can interact, build trust, and develop a sense of belonging.

Inspired by the concept of an “embrace,” the spatial design features fluid circulation that connects the administrative center with the canine and feline care areas, forming an open and engaging environment. The care zones are tailored to animal behaviors, including a hydrotherapy pool for dogs, elevated areas for cats, and hidden spaces that enhance their sense of safety.

By enabling children and animals to share the same space, the design fosters companionship through everyday interaction. It supports emotional bonding, psychological healing, and educational value, creating a safe and inclusive environment for both.
