古活仔

《古活仔》（Stories Alive）是一個結合動畫、真實訪談與敘事設計的多媒體創作計畫。本作品以「戰爭記憶」為核心，透過口述歷史的方式，將個人的生命經驗轉化為可被觀看與感受的影像內容，讓觀眾從不同角度理解戰爭所帶來的影響。
本次作品以一位奶奶的童年經歷作為主要敘事主軸，透過完整的主影片呈現其在戰爭時期的生活片段與情感記憶。這不僅是一段個人的故事，也是一個時代的縮影，讓觀眾能夠貼近當時人們的日常與內心狀態。同時，這樣的敘事方式也保留了持續發展的可能性，未來可透過不同人物的訪談與經歷，逐步擴展成更多元的記憶拼圖，讓更多聲音被看見與記錄。
在主影片之外，作品亦延伸出多支約三至四十秒的動畫短片，作為輔助與補充內容。短片以五隻原創角色為核心，象徵不同的情緒與記憶面向，如恐懼、好奇、失落與童年的純真等，透過較為抽象與視覺化的方式，強化觀眾對情感層面的理解，並與主影片形成相互呼應的關係。
《古活仔》不僅是一部影像作品，更是一種對歷史與記憶的再詮釋。透過真實故事與動畫表現的交織，我們希望讓觀眾重新思考：當戰爭逐漸遠去，那些留下來的記憶，如何持續影響著個人與世代之間的連結。

STORIES ALIVE

Stories Alive is a multimedia project that combines animation, real-life interviews, and narrative design, centered on the theme of war memories. It transforms personal experiences into visual storytelling, allowing audiences to connect with history through emotional and human perspectives.
The project is currently anchored by the childhood experiences of one grandmother, presented through a main film that captures fragments of her life during wartime. While her story forms the core, the project is designed to grow over time, creating space for more voices and experiences to be included.
Alongside the main film, several short animated clips (30–40 seconds each) serve as complementary content. These feature five original characters representing different emotions and aspects of memory, adding symbolic and visual depth to the narrative.
Stories Alive invites audiences to reflect on how memories of war continue to shape people and persist across generations.
