循環之丘 - 融入地方生活的回收教育站

都市生活往往伴隨著大量消費與大量丟棄，而廢棄物的清運與再利用也總在背後默默的運行，支撐著我們的日常生活。從廢棄物再利用切入都市生活的同時，也在高雄的玉竹商圈發現了拾荒者囤積回收物的鄰避空間，因此決定利用此地設計一座地方性的回收站，企圖以社區活動介入日常的回收舉動，同時提供拾荒者更加友善的回收據點，將資源循環融入商圈的生活當中，並以覆土地景包覆其異質性的回收機能。

While mass consumption and disposal define modern urban life, the silent machinery of waste management remains the backbone of our daily routines. By focusing on waste reuse, we observed a controversial space in the Yuzhu Commercial District where scavengers gather materials. To transform this area, we propose a local recycling hub that weaves community engagement into the rhythm of waste recovery. This center offers a more dignified workspace for waste pickers and embeds circularity into the district’s social fabric, all while using a green, earth-sheltered landscape to harmonize and conceal the diverse functions of recycling.
