台灣微型餐飲創業(如:雞蛋糕攤)市場蓬勃,是許多年輕人與小資族的首選。然而,傳統設備往往缺乏人因工程設計,導致從業人員長期面臨嚴重的隱性職業傷害。本專案以此為出發點,重新檢視並全面改良傳統雞蛋糕爐具。
一、 傳統設備痛點
傳統雞蛋糕模具本身具備相當重量,且多採用「直式把手」。攤販在頻繁懸空翻轉模具時,長時間的不當施力與出力不均,極易造成手腕嚴重疲勞,進而引發狹窄性肌腱滑膜炎(俗稱「媽媽手」)。
二、 創新改良設計
為解決上述痛點,本專案打破傳統操作思維,將爐具與模具外觀進行重製,核心改良包含:
下壓式省力翻轉: 將模具支點上移,徹底改變操作力學。使用者只需在把手處「將雙手向下壓」,即可輕鬆完成模具翻面。此舉不僅大幅減輕手部負擔,更有效降低高溫燙傷的風險。
安全防漏鎖頭: 模具前方增設安全鎖,確保翻轉過程中麵糊不會溢出,且該組件已通過長時間的耐熱無損壞測試。
嚴選適切材質: 爐具機身採用堅固的「不鏽鋼」;模具本體選用導熱佳的「鋁合金」;握把則配備「木製材質」以達到優良的隔熱防燙效果。
本改良設計不僅創造出省力好操作的全新模式,更從根本守護了餐飲從業人員的職業健康。
Ergonomic Redesign of Taiwanese Egg Cake Stoves
Pain Points
Taiwanese street-side "egg cake" stalls are popular micro-businesses. However, traditional molds are heavy and use straight handles. Vendors must constantly suspend and twist the heavy molds to flip them, leading to severe wrist fatigue and occupational injuries like De Quervain's tenosynovitis ("Mother's Hand").
Innovative Solutions
This project completely redesigns the stove to create an ergonomic, user-friendly operating method:
Press-Down Flipping: By elevating the pivot point, users simply press the handles down to flip the mold via leverage. This dramatically saves effort and reduces burn risks.
Leak-Proof Lock: A heat-tested front safety latch prevents batter from spilling during the flip.
Optimized Materials: The system utilizes wooden handles for excellent heat insulation.
This redesign significantly improves operational efficiency while fundamentally protecting vendors' occupational health.
