漬色生活學

《漬色生活學》是針對臺灣南部五款經典醃漬物所設計的色彩美學推廣套組，包含知識導讀書、色彩資訊手冊及對色體驗工具。將隱匿於甕中、隨時間熟成的醃漬過程，透過資訊視覺化、色彩計畫、實體互動與日常收藏的方式，以多重設計實踐的角度推廣給大眾。

導讀書《漬色入味集》以系統化的視覺圖解，梳理食材從原始至不可食用的五大階段，融合產季脈絡與單色插畫，引導民眾感受風土變化、認識醃漬知識。資訊手冊《漬色對味集》則透過裸背線裝的裝幀工藝，使書冊平攤時立體化模擬傳統「醃漬甕」的空間意象；內頁將抽象的醃漬過程，轉譯為清晰的XY軸資訊圖表與專屬「4碼色號」，便於閱讀時相互對照、翻摺，將龐雜的知識精準量化為視覺矩陣。

三款對色體驗工具則將色彩矩陣實體化：《色票集》建立標準化視覺規範；《色票匙》以湯匙造型結合專屬ICON鏤空機能，便於走讀菜市場或廚房時拿出直覺對色；《色票本》運用波浪軋型工藝，層層疊加出醬汁流動的視覺語彙，恍若看見時間的沉澱。

希望藉由這套視覺傳達套組，搭配週曆與圍裙等周邊，讓民眾認識漬物、親近色彩、體驗美學、珍藏記憶，建立對常民飲食文化的認同，成為實踐「把時間釀成色，讓生活多一色」永續美學價值的媒介。

Pickled Colors of Life

"Pickled Colors of Life" is an aesthetic kit exploring five classic Southern Taiwanese pickles through systematic design. The Aged Flavors guidebook uses visual diagrams to map fermentation stages and terroir, while the Matching Flavors manual employs specialized binding to simulate a traditional pickling jar, translating abstract tastes into XY charts and 4-digit color codes. Three physical tools materialize this system: a standard Swatch Set, a portable "Swatch Spoon" with functional cutouts for intuitive matching, and a wavy Swatch Book representing the fluid layering of time. Complemented by peripherals like aprons and calendars, this collection invites the public to reconnect with folk food culture. It transforms complex heritage into a tangible visual matrix, practicing the philosophy of "brewing time into color" to add a vibrant, sustainable aesthetic to daily life.
