ClotBreaker 是一款為解決術後引流管阻塞問題而設計的智慧醫療輔助裝置。臨床上，胸管、JP 引流管及豬尾巴導管常因血塊或組織碎片沉積而發生堵塞，導致引流效率下降、感染風險增加，並提升醫護人員的處理負擔。現有方式多依賴手動擠壓、沖洗或更換導管，不僅耗時，也容易造成患者不適。

本裝置採外掛式設計，可直接固定於導管外部，不需侵入即可運作。系統結合 Doppler 流速感測與智慧分析技術，持續監測引流管內流速與波形變化，判斷引流狀態並預測堵塞風險。當偵測到異常變化時，裝置可即時介入，提升引流穩定性。

根據風險評估結果，裝置會自動調整震動模組運作模式：低風險時持續監測，中風險時啟動輕度震動預防沉積，高風險時啟動強震動分解血塊並發出警示。外殼採用醫療級 SUS316L 不鏽鋼，具耐腐蝕與可重複消毒特性，確保臨床使用安全與耐用性。

ClotBreaker 透過主動監測與即時處理，有效維持引流通暢、降低感染風險，並減少醫護操作負擔，提升整體術後照護品質。

ClotBreaker

ClotBreaker is a medical device designed to prevent drainage tube blockage. Chest tubes, Jackson-Pratt drains, and pigtail catheters can be blocked by blood clots or debris, increasing infection risk and workload for healthcare providers.

ClotBreaker is a non-invasive device that attaches to drainage tubes without affecting patient mobility. It uses Doppler flow sensing to monitor fluid velocity and patterns, enabling early detection of blockages.

The vibration module adjusts based on risk. Low risk maintains monitoring, moderate risk triggers gentle micro-vibrations, and high risk applies stronger vibrations to break clots and alert medical staff.

The housing is medical-grade SUS316L stainless steel, providing durability, corrosion resistance, and sterilization compatibility.

By combining real-time monitoring with vibration intervention, ClotBreaker maintains drainage patency, reduces complications, lowers manual workload, and enhances postoperative care.
