地表流動

動物收容所原是一處為流浪動物提供暫時庇護的收容空間，然而在零撲殺政策上路後，其空間形態被迫從「短期收容」轉為「長期住宿」，時間的積累造成了沈重的空間負荷，加上收容所往往被設立於城市結構的邊緣，存在卻又被忽略的地帶。
我們意識到，僅改變狗的居住空間無法解決問題本質，決定將設計焦點轉向「人」，從源頭思考讓空間成為引發思考與行動的媒介。
透過源頭改善及屋頂的量體角度導引聲音及氣體的流動動向，藉此減緩犬舍的鄰避效應，讓鄰避衝突不再是被動地排拒，而是透過結構設計被有效地弱化。
這個新設的大屋頂作為「控制平台」，一座被控制至臨界點的大屋頂。
透過三條邊界所構築出來的聲音地景，重新組織基地的聲音與氣味的行為，讓動物收容所不再是被抗拒的鄰避設施。

Landform

Under the "No-Kill" policy, animal shelters have shifted from temporary refuges to "long-term residencies," creating heavy spatial burdens on the ignored urban periphery. Recognizing that modifying kennels is not enough, we shift the design focus to "humans," using the space to trigger reflection and action.

By optimizing the roof's massing to guide airflow and sound, we structurally weaken the NIMBY effect. This roof acts as a "Control Platform" calibrated to its critical point. Through a soundscape defined by three boundaries, it reorganizes the site's sensory behavior (sound and scent), transforming the shelter from a resisted facility into an integrated urban space.
