本組設計「銀髮冒險團,出發!」這款桌遊的核心概念是「把運動變成遊戲,活到老,學到老」,我們希望能夠透過比較有趣的方式來讓老年人更了解人是需要動起來才能讓身體減少痠痛的機會,變得更健康,並能在遊戲過程中,動一動、笑一笑、學一學。透過趣味性、互動性與健康教育,遊戲中會穿插一些與運動知識有關的問題卡,讓大家邊學邊玩,不僅能讓銀髮族實際體驗簡單的運動,也能用淺顯易懂的方式,糾正「痠痛就不能運動」的錯誤觀念,並養成運動習慣。以這種形式,去提升銀髮族對運動的興趣和意願,破除身體痠痛就不能動的迷思,並宣導適度的運動不但不會造成身體的負擔,反而能幫助減緩身體老化及退化、減少疼痛感。
「銀髮冒險團,出發!」不只是一般的桌遊,是一款結合了娛樂與健康教育的創新遊戲。除了讓長輩能玩得開心之外,我們也希望這款桌遊能成為家人之間互動的橋樑。一起參與遊戲的同時又可以增進感情,過程中也提醒長輩運動的重要性,讓運動不再是痛苦的,而是能增添生活樂趣的活動。希望它能幫助害怕運動甚至厭惡運動的長者,重新建立對運動的自信與興趣,養成規律活動的習慣,認識並瞭解適時地運動對自身老化的幫助、改善,甚至是預防老化時會得到的疾病。
Our team designed the board game “Seniors’ Adventure Squad, Let’s Go!” with the core concept of “turning exercise into play, and promoting lifelong learning.” We aim to use an engaging and enjoyable approach to help older adults understand that staying physically active is essential for reducing bodily discomfort and maintaining overall health. Through gameplay, participants can move, laugh, and learn at the same time.
By integrating fun, interaction, and health education, the game incorporates question cards related to exercise knowledge, allowing players to learn while they play. This not only enables seniors to experience simple physical activities firsthand, but also helps correct the common misconception that “you shouldn’t exercise when you feel sore.” Instead, it encourages the development of regular exercise habits through clear and accessible guidance.
