棲居於混同之後-域外的第三棲旅所

本設計探討城鄉混同後所生成的「第三場域」，以對當代生活模式轉變的感知與反思為出發點，重新檢視過去被明確區分的「鄉村」與「都市」空間型態。隨著時代變遷與生活型態的轉換，兩者之間的界線逐漸模糊，原本各自代表的開放與集中、慢活與效率，也不再呈現單一面向，而是在現實中彼此滲透、交錯並重新組構。 在此脈絡之下，本研究試圖梳理這種混同狀態所形成的空間特質，並進一步尋找其於當下所呈現的具體樣貌。「第三場域」不再只是介於兩者之間的過渡，而是一種具有自身邏輯的存在，其空間形式與使用方式皆呈現出模糊、彈性且未被完全定義的狀態。透過這樣的觀察與分析，進一步反思其背後所對應的生活模式、社會結構與發展趨勢，使其不僅成為空間現象的描述，也作為理解當代生活狀態的重要切入點。

A Third Habitat After Integration

This project investigates the “Third Field” emerging from the hybridization of rural and urban conditions. Reflecting on contemporary lifestyle changes, it reconsiders the once clearly defined dichotomy between “rural” and “urban.” As boundaries blur, qualities such as openness and concentration, slowness and efficiency overlap, creating a new spatial condition.

The project examines how this hybridization generates alternative spatial possibilities. The “Third Field” is no longer merely transitional, but an autonomous space with its own logic, marked by ambiguity and openness, where functions emerge rather than being fixed.

By articulating undefined spaces and layered relationships, the project reflects on evolving patterns of living, social interactions, and spatial perception. The “Third Field” thus serves not only as a spatial construct but also as a conceptual framework for rethinking contemporary modes of inhabitation.
