從心開始

《從心開始》是一部由2D與3D相互結合的電腦動畫，故事題材為人際關係議題，其內容講述的是一位個性有問題的上班族，因為我行我素的行為引起周圍同事不滿，在經由他人開導意識到自己的行為帶給周圍人的困擾並向同事們真誠道歉，最後雙方和好的一個過程。有時候人際關係會變得很尷尬，其實不一定是誰做錯什麼，而是大家太習慣從自己的角度看事情，沒有意識到自己可能也讓別人不舒服。這個故事，呈現一種很常見但也很容易被忽略的狀況，也就是當一個人一直照著自己的方式做事，而不去理解別人的感受時，關係就會慢慢出現問題，有時有可能只要有一點點契機，比如一次對話、一個舉動，多一些溝通與表達，彼此之間的距離就有可能被拉近。故事內容貼近現實，反映出我們在生活中可能會遇到的人際交往問題，值得我們去反思。
