台灣推行保育動物教育多年，但民眾關注度與參與感仍顯停滯。這種停滯主要歸因於過去的推廣模式過度依賴嚴肅的新聞報導、長篇學術文章或單向的紀錄影像；雖然這些媒介提供了豐富的資訊，但在資訊爆炸的當代，其沉重感與缺乏互動性的特質，難以捕捉生活忙碌的現代人目光。加上城鄉生活型態的快速變遷與傳統觀念的影響，社會大眾往往將保育視為政府機關或專業科學家的專屬責任，進而對自然世界產生深層的心理疏離感。本企劃旨在透過視覺藝術與高衝擊力的海報設計打破這道隔閡，重新包裝複雜的保育議題，將枯燥的生態數據轉化為具備生活共鳴的內容。
本方案的核心策略在於運用設計導向的插畫與資訊視覺化來對抗「資訊疲勞」。我們試圖重新定義保育，使其不再只是教科書上的知識，而是一種可觸及的生活美學與個人習慣。為了確保訊息能跨越代溝，我們期望以輕鬆、有趣且不帶說教感的方式，降低民眾參與保育的心理門檻，有效打破社會議題常見的疏離感。透過將保育呈現為具視覺吸引力且易於理解的概念，能幫助大眾深刻理解保護動物的重要性，並掌握在日常生活中實踐保育的具體方式。

Before They’re Gone

While Taiwan has promoted conservation for years, public engagement remains stagnant as traditional media often feels heavy and non-interactive. This, alongside modern lifestyle shifts, has created a psychological gap where conservation is seen as a professional duty rather than a personal one. This project uses high-impact poster design to transform complex ecological data into relatable, everyday content. By utilizing information visualization to combat "information fatigue," we redefine conservation as a lifestyle aesthetic rather than dry textbook knowledge. Our goal is to lower the barrier for participation through an engaging, non-preachy approach, breaking the sense of alienation and helping the public understand the importance of animal protection through actionable daily habits.
