臨界狀態-高屏溪出海口的感知型建築

設計以汕尾漁港長期泥沙淤積的環境變化為出發點，重新思考港口在失去原有漁業功能後的轉型可能。相較於以工程手段清除淤積、恢復既有機能，本方案選擇順應自然歷程，將泥沙堆積視為新的地景生成條件，以及紅樹林生態逐漸形成的契機，進一步轉化為設計的核心概念。

在建築策略上，保留既有鐵架屋結構，使過去漁港作業的空間記憶得以延續，同時透過錯層與挑高的空間處理，模擬沙洲高低起伏的地形變化，並結合外部樓梯與平台，引導使用者在垂直與水平移動中感知潮汐與時間的流動。空間配置上，一樓作為展演與公共活動場域，二樓結合在地學校使用的教育空間與休憩區，三樓則設為觀測平台，使人們能從不同高度觀看逐漸演變的地景。

建築外部延伸水上步道，串聯至泥沙堆積形成的新生土地，並設置停留平台與紅樹林復育區，在降低人為干擾的前提下，提供親近自然的可能。整體而言，本設計試圖將汕尾漁港從單一生產導向的場域，轉化為一個融合環境教育、生態觀察與公共活動的人與自然共存空間。

Critical State - Perceptive Architecture at the Estuary of the Gaoping River

The design rethinks Shanwei Fishing Port by embracing siltation as a driver of new landscapes and mangrove ecosystems, rather than removing it. The existing iron structure is preserved to retain memory, while staggered levels and platforms reflect shifting terrain and tidal rhythms. Spaces include exhibition, education, and observation areas. A waterfront walkway connects to newly formed land with mangrove restoration zones, enabling close yet low-impact interaction with nature. Overall, the project transforms the port into a place for ecological awareness and coexistence between people and the environment.
