海風棲所_築於潮汐與風的留白

本設計以旗津海岸與街道紋理為基礎，回應其觀光停留時間短暫、缺乏深度住宿體驗的現況，提出一座具國際視野的高級度假型酒店，導入「目的型旅遊」概念，使旗津成為可長時間停留與感受的場所。透過結合在地環境與國際度假文化，創造兼具地域性與多元體驗的空間。

在建築策略上，量體順應街道發展採長型配置，降低對既有都市紋理的干擾，並避免形成封閉壓迫的建築體。透過挖空與平台設計，建立視覺穿透，使內陸視線得以延伸至海岸，同時創造多層次的半戶外空間，模糊建築與環境的界線。

空間規劃上，公共設施沿街道展開以強化城市互動，客房則配置於相對安靜區域，確保隱私與景觀品質。此外，引入派對泳池與活動平台等設施，提供台灣少見的社交型度假體驗，並延伸旗津夜間活動的可能性。整體設計在回應在地脈絡的同時，重新定義旗津作為國際旅遊目的地的潛力。

A Dwelling by the Sea: Shaped by Tides and the Silence of Wind

This project is grounded in the coastal landscape and urban fabric of Cijin, addressing its condition as a destination dominated by short-term visits. It proposes an internationally oriented luxury resort hotel that introduces destination-driven tourism, transforming Cijin into a place for extended and immersive experiences.

Architecturally, the building adopts a linear configuration that follows the existing street pattern, minimizing disruption while avoiding a monolithic mass. Voids and elevated platforms enhance visual permeability, allowing inland views toward the coastline and generating layered semi-outdoor spaces that blur the boundary between architecture and landscape.

Public facilities are arranged along the street to activate urban interaction, while guest rooms are placed in quieter zones to ensure privacy and quality views. A party pool and flexible event platforms introduce a social leisure experience, extending activity into the nighttime.
