港灣新生-前鎮漁港的再生設計

前鎮漁港設計說明
本設計以「港城共生、文化再現」為核心理念，重新詮釋前鎮漁港在高雄海洋城市發展中的角色。基地具有漁業產業、歷史聚落與臨海景觀三重特性，設計策略著重於連結漁港活動與城市生活。透過漁市場更新、步行廊帶與公共空間配置，強化人與海的互動，並導入文化展示、餐飲與教育功能，促進在地經濟循環。建築量體採開放式平台與通風結構，呼應南部氣候與漁港意象，形成具生態性與地方性的海港生活場域。前鎮漁港設計過程中，我從遠洋漁業的作業流程出發，將出港、作業與回航轉化為空間敘事，使建築不僅承載機能，也呈現產業節奏。透過半戶外空間與工業語彙的運用，回應港區氣候與勞動特性，並引入公共活動，讓原本封閉的漁業場域轉變為城市可參與的開放介面。

Harbor Regeneration - Regeneration Design of Qianzhen Fishing Port

Qianzhen Fishing Port Design Description
This design, with "Harbor-City Symbiosis and Cultural Recreation" as its core concept, reinterprets the role of Qianzhen Fishing Port in Kaohsiung's development as a maritime city. The site possesses the triple characteristics of a fishing industry, a historical settlement, and a coastal landscape. The design strategy emphasizes connecting fishing port activities with urban life. Through the renewal of the fish market, pedestrian corridors, and the configuration of public spaces, the design strengthens the interaction between people and the sea, and incorporates cultural exhibitions, dining, and educational functions to promote local economic circulation. The building volume adopts open platforms and ventilated structures, echoing the southern climate and the imagery of the fishing port, forming an ecological and local harbor living space.
