Stellva為敘事恐怖機擬真Body Cam FPS，陷入昏迷後醒來的醫生,置身於一間昏暗的醫院,院內滿是成堆的屍體,為 了逃離,醫生必須逃過醫院裡向他索命的不知名女鬼,與得知許多不為人知 的真相。
在極權政府的統治下,人民生活苦不堪言。於此同時一場恐怖病毒的爆發,政府採取了非人道的手段控制病毒,設立了控制病毒的專案軍事小組「Blade」對感染者執行槍決,甚至立法剝奪其人權,讓積怨已久的百姓們爆發了革命,革命軍「螢」與「Blade」展開了軍事衝突,使整個國家紛亂不已。
2. 遊戲劇情
主角是名婦產科主任,當晚要執行接生手術,但卻因為過勞而昏睡在椅子上,沒想到醒來發現,醫院到處都是屍體和革命軍標誌。同時醫院內有向他索命的女鬼和嬰
靈,為了釐清真相和逃出醫院,醫生必須躲避女鬼和嬰靈,找到鑰匙並趕往醫院外頭。
3.真相
政府為控制住病毒,上層下令讓專案小組「Blade」在當天對國營的醫院發起進攻,屠殺了醫院所有病人和反抗的醫護人員,並栽贓革命軍,在醫院各處畫滿革命軍的標誌。醫生因為昏睡而逃過一劫,但醒來後早已物逝人非。

STELLVA

Stellva is a narrative horror FPS with a realistic body-cam perspective. Players control a doctor who awakens in a dark hospital filled with corpses. To escape, he must evade a vengeful female ghost while uncovering hidden truths.

Amid a viral outbreak, an authoritarian government forms the unit “Blade” to execute the infected, sparking conflict with the rebel group “Firefly” and throwing the nation into chaos.

The protagonist, a chief obstetrician, had fallen asleep from exhaustion before surgery. Upon waking, he finds the hospital overrun with death and haunted by spirits. He must search for keys, uncover the truth, and escape.

In truth, the government ordered a massacre and framed the rebels. The doctor survives only by chance, awakening to a world already lost.
