海上之城：浮動的記憶

本設計以舊造船廠為基地，回應工業遺構於城市轉型中的再生可能。透過保留原有混凝土結構與金屬遺構，延續歷史紋理與空間記憶，並導入步道、平台與開放空間，建立安全且可被使用的場域系統。整體以潮域共構為核心概念，重新連結城市與海洋的關係，形塑由入口經工業遺構至臨海平台的敘事動線。場域中設置船頭、半船體與海浪，以及金屬結構與海球體等互動裝置，象徵航行、記憶與時間的流動，並結合光影與聲音設計，強化沉浸式體驗。同時導入文創市集、工坊與觀光休憩機能，促進人群參與與地方連結，使空間由靜態保存轉為動態使用。最終將造船廠轉化為融合文化、教育、觀光與產業的港灣型公共場域，重新建立人與海、歷史與未來之間的關係，延續場地長期發展潛力。

City on the Sea: Floating Memories

This design takes a former shipyard as its site, responding to the regenerative potential of industrial heritage within urban transformation. By preserving original concrete structures and metal remains, it continues historical texture and spatial memory, while introducing walkways, platforms, and open spaces to create a safe and usable environment. Centered on tidal co-construction, the design reconnects the city and the sea through a narrative sequence from entrance to waterfront.

Within the site, installations such as a ship bow, split hulls with waves, and metal structures combined with a spherical sea symbolize navigation, memory, and the passage of time. Enhanced by light and sound, they create an immersive experience, while cultural markets, workshops, and leisure functions encourage participation and local engagement, transforming the site into a dynamic harbor-oriented public space that reconnects people, history, and the future.
