當代診斷書-中橫支線勝光森林療癒場

本設計以「當代診斷書」為核心，回應現代社會中人與自然逐漸疏離的狀態。在高度都市化與資訊過載下，人們長期處於壓力與節奏失衡之中，感知逐漸鈍化，身心亦失去平衡。同時，中橫勝光地區承載開發歷史與山林記憶，卻隨時間被遺忘，形成另一種「失去」。本設計試圖交織人的內在失衡與場域記憶的消逝，並加以回應。

透過森林療育，空間不僅是休憩場所，更是一段敘事性的體驗。整體如同展開的診斷書，引導使用者經歷「察覺、感知、對話、修復」的歷程。藉由光影、材質、聲音與氣味的變化，使人重新感知自身與環境的關係，並在停留與沉澱中展開內在對話。

設計強調低干預與生態共存，尊重地形與植被，使建築融於自然之中。透過靜謐與留白，放大環境本身的力量，同時重新詮釋基地記憶，使其得以延續。

最終，本設計不僅是一處療癒場域，更是對當代生活的回應，使人在自然中重新理解自身，找回內在平衡。

Contemporary Diagnosis: Shengguang Forest Healing Site, Central Cross-Island Highway (Spur Line)

Design Statement: Contemporary Diagnosis – Shengguang Forest Healing Sanctuary

Contemporary Diagnosis explores the disconnection between humans and nature in an age of urban pressure and sensory desensitization. It links personal imbalance with the fading memory of the Shengguang landscape.

Conceived as an unfolding diagnosis, the design guides visitors through Awareness, Perception, Dialogue, and Restoration. Through sensory engagement—light, material, sound, and scent—it reactivates perception and fosters inner reflection.

With minimal intervention, architecture integrates into the landscape, allowing nature and memory to emerge. Rather than escape, the project restores connection, leading toward awareness and balance.
