丹寧永續袋背包設計

在快時尚席捲的當代社會，服飾生命週期被極度壓縮，大量生產與快速汰換所造成的環境負擔，已成為永續設計領域中亟需回應的課題，而丹寧織物因其高度耐磨、不易分解的材質特性，長期以來在回收系統中多以降級回收的方式處理，導致其原有的結構潛力與文化價值未能被充分發揮。本設計以實作為研究方法，嘗試跳脫傳統服裝與配件的平面裁縫邏輯，將廢舊丹寧由單純的「服飾物件」翻轉為具備體感的「空間載體」，透過對舊丹寧工裝褲的物質實驗，運用折疊、堆疊與翻轉等三維構築手法，在無須額外硬式骨架支撐的條件下，發展出具備獨立量體與空間感的永續袋背包原型。作品特意保留了原始的口袋、縫線與洗滌磨損痕跡，這些細節不僅強化了織物的結構強度與受力韌性，更在觸覺與視覺上連結了穿戴者的身體記憶，使作品進入兼具機能性與敘事性的「軟性結構」範疇。本研究提出一種不同於工業化回收的永續設計思維，強調材料記憶的保存與情感層次的延續，將舊織物視為承載過去生命溫度的媒介，為未來永續配件設計開闢了一條結合結構美學與人文關懷的新創作方向。

Sustainable Denim Carryall Design

In the fast-fashion era, the compressed lifecycle of clothing demands a radical shift in sustainable design. This project transcends traditional 2D tailoring by reimagining discarded denim—often overlooked in "downcycling"—as a spatial carrier with tangible volume.Through material experiments with vintage workwear, we employ 3D tectonic techniques—folding, stacking, and inverting—to create a self-supporting backpack prototype without rigid internal frames. By preserving original seams and wash-worn traces, the design reinforces structural integrity while evoking the wearer’s bodily memory.Defining a "Soft Structure" where functionality meets narrative, this study moves beyond industrial recycling. It emphasizes the continuity of emotional layers, treating reclaimed textiles as a medium for the warmth of past lives and offering a new direction for sustainable accessories.
