▶為居民與遊客共同打造韌性公園
位於馬來西亞砂拉越民都魯，為能源樞紐城市的閒置舊機場，轉型為複合型公園，回應城市公安/洪患、生態失衡與歷史記憶流失挑戰。
▶設計核心：記憶、永續、韌性
舊機場跑道轉化為「跑道公園」；結合原住民符號與飛機零件，打造互動式歷史地景；透過雨水花園、潮洪池與生態山丘調節極端雨量，成為生態教育教室。大草坪與中央緊急車道平日為休憩市集，災時轉為避難中心，結合防火植栽與隱蔽儲水設施，強化民都魯的防災韌性。

本設計透過環境友善的手法，打造一座承載過去、復育生態、抵禦災害的多元公共地標，串聯居民與能源產業歷史，使這片土地在回應當代挑戰的同時，持續啟發未來。

WHERE RESILIENCE TAKES FLIGHT
This project transforms the former Bintulu airport into a resilient park, integrating indigenous symbols and aircraft parts to create an interactive historical landscape. The site serves multiple functions, including recreation, cultural expression, ecological restoration, and disaster resilience. By incorporating native vegetation, rainwater retention systems, and fire-resistant plantings, the design enhances environmental sustainability while mitigating climate risks. The open lawn functions as a gathering space for markets and festivals during normal times and as an emergency shelter during disasters. This design adopts an eco-friendly approach to create a diverse public landmark that preserves history, restores ecosystems, and strengthens disaster preparedness. By connecting local communities with the region’s energy industry history, this site responds to contemporary challenges while inspiring the future.
