「月山」是使用臺灣西南泥岩惡地地區的白堊土製作出12款月世界特有地景為造型的種子盆栽，作為惡地環境教育體驗推廣的媒介。將惡地所蘊藏豐富卻鮮為人懂的地景知識及保育觀念，透過盆栽種植的體驗推廣給民眾。
臺灣惡地以其特殊地貌著稱土質綿密不易種植，本專案將當地雨後溢流的白堊土加以揉塑、雕刻出12款月世界特有地景為造型的種子盆栽，為惡地種植增加蓄水空間，同時為植物提供適宜生長環境，並與當地民眾合作以「野燒」的方法燒製成型，體驗活動時可藉由盆栽上的造型與刻紋特徵認識小玉山、大峽谷、馬頭山、太陽谷等惡地地景外，更可搭配「種子紙」親手將盆栽埋入土中，植物成長後與土壤融合，兼具環境推廣與水土保持功能，實踐惡地環境復育行動，亦可將其帶回成為惡地體驗的文創紀念品。
此套作品有助於惡地環境教育推廣，讓民眾可藉由種植「月山」認識惡地、親近惡地、體驗惡地、珍藏惡地，建立守護惡地環境意識，實踐土地永續價值行動。

Moon Mountain-Recognize evil、Approach evil、Approach evil、Treasure evil

"Moon Mountain" is a set of 12 seed planter pots shaped like unique lunar-like landscapes, made from the white chalky soil of Taiwan’s southwestern badlands. These planters serve as a medium for promoting environmental education about badlands. Through this project, the rich but lesser-known geological knowledge and conservation concepts hidden in badlands are shared with the public via the experience of planting in these pots.

Taiwan's badlands are known for their distinctive terrain and dense soil, which makes planting difficult. In this project, the white chalky soil, which flows after rainfall, is molded and sculpted into 12 lunar-like landscape designs, adding water retention space to improve the growing environment for plants. The planters are made with the collaboration of local residents using a "wild burning" technique to harden the shape. During the experience activity, participants can learn about the unique badland landscapes, such as Little Jade Mountain, Grand Canyon, Horsehead Mountain, and Sun Valley, by observing the planter's shapes and engravings. Additionally, participants can plant seeds with "seed paper" and bury the planters into the soil. As the plants grow, they will merge with the soil, contributing to environmental promotion and soil conservation. This also acts as a practical effort in badland environmental restoration, while the planters can be taken home as cultural and creative souvenirs of the badland experience.

This set of works helps in promoting badland environmental education, allowing the public to learn about, get close to, experience, and treasure the badlands through planting "Yue Mountain." It builds awareness for protecting badland environments and takes action for sustainable land stewardship.
