本研究探討人體工學設計與無螺絲榫接技術的結合,設計一款適合長時間坐姿需求的休閒椅。隨著工作與生活型態的變化,長時間坐姿容易導致腰椎壓力增加、肌肉疲勞等問題,因此符合人體工學的椅子設計對於提升舒適度與減少身體負擔至關重要。本研究的設計理念著重於人體工學、結構穩定性、環保材料與美學價值。
椅背採用符合脊椎曲線的弧形設計,提供良好腰部支撐,座墊前低後高的角度有助於減少臀部與大腿的壓力。此外,本研究應用無螺絲榫接技術,透過傳統木工卯榫結構提升耐用性與穩定性,減少螺絲鬆脫問題。材料方面,選用高耐久木材斑馬木,以確保耐用性與環保特性。
研究方法包括文獻探討、案例分析、數位建模與使用者測試。透過 Rhino、SolidWorks 進行 3D 建模與 CAE 模擬分析,確保結構穩定與安全性。研究團隊採用 CNC 加工與手工製作實體模型,並進行使用者試坐,根據舒適度、穩定性與美觀度進行優化。
最終,本研究旨在打造兼具人體工學、結構穩固與傳統工藝美感的創新休閒椅,滿足現代人對舒適與健康的需求,並透過無螺絲設計實現環保永續理念。

This study explores the integration of ergonomic design and screwless joinery techniques to develop a leisure chair suitable for prolonged sitting. With changing work and lifestyle patterns, extended sitting periods often lead to increased lumbar pressure and muscle fatigue. Therefore, an ergonomically designed chair is essential for enhancing sitting comfort and reducing physical strain. The design concept of this study focuses on ergonomics, structural stability, eco-friendly materials, and aesthetic value.
The chair back features a curved design that conforms to the natural spine curvature, providing excellent lumbar support. The seat cushion is angled lower in the front and higher in the back to alleviate pressure on the hips and thighs. Additionally, this study applies a screwless joinery technique, utilizing traditional mortise and tenon woodworking to enhance durability and stability while reducing issues related to loose screws. The material selected is high-durability zebrawood to ensure both longevity and environmental sustainability.
The research methods include literature review, case analysis, digital modeling, and user testing. Structural design and CAE simulation analysis are conducted using 3D modeling software such as Rhino and SolidWorks to ensure stability and safety. The research team also utilizes CNC machining and handcrafted techniques to produce physical models, which are tested by users. Based on feedback regarding comfort, stability, and aesthetics, further refinements are made.
Ultimately, this study aims to create an innovative leisure chair that combines ergonomic benefits, structural integrity, and the beauty of traditional craftsmanship. It seeks to meet modern demands for comfort and health while promoting sustainability through a screwless design.
