TBIBS具有輪子與行駛動力，內部有氣體抽換殺菌機電與存放充氣隔離艙，方便醫護以推車形式搬運，以及當作載具騎乘，平時可放置於醫療設備儲藏室。充氣隔離艙採透明醫療級PVC製成，抗菌、耐用且方便醫護觀察與治療病人；充氣隔離艙接合處採用聚氨酯氣密水密拉鏈，確保內部器材不受潮濕或污染。
