〈姿態〉的創作靈感來自於在職場被冒犯後的不服氣。
在二十出頭歲的年紀，時常會碰上仗著長輩姿態，以給予建言、希望你好的名義，
隨意指手畫腳、憑藉著零散的認識，拼湊出他人面貌的家族親戚、校園和職場的師
長前輩。那些指點告訴我什麼是我該有的樣子，不能是太優柔寡斷的、不能是太尖
銳帶刺的，這樣不討人喜歡、那樣不夠堅定勇敢，有時候感覺所有人都希望我成為
剛剛好的人，要圓融、要得體，要好相處，要讓人能夠很容易的知根知底。
但什麼才是我的樣子？我想那些形容詞一點也不重要。
對於我們而言，做人有彈性的姿態，是能用柔軟的心面對世界，也能夠承認自己偶時的
軟弱；欣喜也好心痛也罷，不用顧慮什麼，能大方痛快的說出口。

第一首歌曲「姿態」的MV以Live Session 的形式呈現，演出人員包括主唱及樂
手們，在MV中演唱及演奏整首歌曲。
以Live Session 的氛圍配合曲風，營造得有點昏暗。中間穿插主唱及各位樂手的特寫。

Posture

The inspiration for Posture comes from the frustration of being offended in the workplace. In my early twenties, I often encountered elders who, under the guise of offering advice, would make judgments based on limited knowledge. They would form opinions about me from relatives, teachers, or workplace superiors, dictating how I should behave—don’t be indecisive, don’t be sharp or prickly, always be likable, firm, and brave. It sometimes felt like everyone expected me to be perfect: balanced, graceful, easygoing, and transparent.

But what is my true self? I believe those adjectives don’t matter.

For us, a flexible posture means facing the world with a soft heart while acknowledging our occasional weaknesses. Whether in joy or pain, we can speak out freely and candidly.

The song "Posture" features a Live Session-style MV, with the lead vocalist and musicians performing the entire song. The dim ambiance matches the song’s style, with close-up shots of the vocalist and musicians throughout.
