鬼針草是一種於現代生活中不起眼，甚至時常被視為無用處的雜草。然而這種隨處可見卻不被關注的植物，實際上蘊含著無數大量的生物密碼。

在蒐集了各方文獻資料與實際考查後，我們整理並歸納出了鬼針草的六大特性，作為此專題的核心理念：其種子本身所具有的「黏附」、代表旺盛生長力的雜草「叢生」、會危害本土生態平衡的「入侵」、作為昆蟲授粉目標的「蜜源」、含有高度醫療價值的「解疾」，以及能作為糧食作物的「食方」。

透過將以上多種特性轉化、重擬成鬼針草的型態，同時結合各式刊物與周邊載體，我們創造出了一場概念性展覽，來訴說鬼針草體內蘊藏的種種秘密。期望觀者藉由此展覽，以全新的姿態和不同於以往的視角，重新認識這株被忽視的植物，了解其背後所潛藏的無限可能性。

Bidens pilosa, a weed often overlooked in modern life and dismissed as worthless, actually harbors countless biological secrets.

After gathering extensive literature and conducting field investigations, we've organized and categorized six key traits of Bidens pilosa for this project: 'Adhesion' represented by its seeds, 'Sprawl' symbolizing its vigorous growth, 'Invasion' posing threats to local ecosystems, 'Nectariferous' helping with insect pollination, 'Curative' with significant therapeutic value, and 'Edible' potential as a food source.

By transforming and reshaping these traits into the physical form of Bidens pilosa, and cooperating them into various publications and peripheral media, we've curated a conceptual exhibition. Through this exhibition, we aim to unveil the myriad secrets hidden within Bidens pilosa, encouraging viewers to rediscover this overlooked plant from a fresh perspective, appreciating its boundless potential.
