地獄是一種想像的存在，主要目的是警惕世人不要做壞事， 核心主體是以「罪」的角度出發，如果我們以另外一個角度切入，把「罪」看成是一種「病」去解釋，或許下地獄的人不一定是壞人，有可能只是生病的人。

我們想以醫療的角度出發，將下地獄的人認為是一種病症，跟傳統的「十殿閻羅」做結合，用不同的審判為主題，先將每殿賦予不同的醫療科別，而每殿殿主將會化身為主治醫生，最後宣告患者的症狀。

所以看醫生時要選對科別，也必須先了解主治醫生來歷，用新的視角看十殿地獄，呈現不同以往的風格。

From a medical perspective, people who go to hell are considered to have a disease. This is combined with the traditional "Ten Courts of Hell", with different judgments as the theme.
