現代家庭越來越重視健康與環保,但傳統烹飪方式仍存在高油脂攝取、油煙污染和能源消耗等問題,特別是開放式廚房,油煙難以排除,影響空氣品質並增加清潔負擔。而傳統抽油煙機不僅耗能高,清潔也不易,效果有限,難以滿足現代家庭需求。因此,我們開發了這款鍋蓋,利用高溫油氣加熱技術,將少量食用油轉化為油氣,均勻噴灑於食材表面,減少油脂攝取的同時,透過熱對流確保均勻加熱,提升口感與烹飪效率。內建的正負電離油煙過濾系統能有效分解油煙顆粒,將多餘油脂集中至廢油槽,降低油煙殘留,改善廚房環境,減少對健康的影響,也讓開放式廚房更適合高溫烹調。這項技術不僅提高烹飪效率,也減少對高功率抽油煙機的依賴,降低能源消耗,符合環保與低碳生活的需求。模組化設計讓清潔與維護更輕鬆,耐用材質延長產品壽命,減少資源浪費,提供更友善的使用體驗。從經濟與市場角度來看,這款鍋蓋降低了家庭的清潔與能源成本,減少廚房油污,符合健康飲食與環保趨勢,具備市場競爭力。未來更能與智能烹飪技術結合,透過溫度與油煙感應調節加熱與過濾模式,為家庭帶來更便捷、高效的烹飪方式,成為現代廚房的理想選擇。

Modern households increasingly value health and sustainability, yet traditional cooking methods still involve excessive oil use, smoke pollution, and high energy consumption. Open kitchens make smoke removal difficult, affecting air quality and increasing cleaning efforts, while conventional range hoods are energy-intensive, hard to maintain, and often inefficient.

This pot lid addresses these issues with high-temperature oil vapor heating, converting minimal oil into vapor and evenly distributing it over food. This process reduces oil absorption while ensuring uniform heat convection, enhancing texture and cooking efficiency. Its built-in ion-based smoke filtration system effectively removes grease and smoke, collecting excess oil in a waste reservoir to maintain cleaner air and a more suitable environment for high-heat cooking.

By improving efficiency and reducing reliance on energy-intensive exhaust systems, this design lowers energy use and supports low-carbon living. A modular structure makes cleaning easy, and durable materials extend product life, reducing waste. Economically, it cuts household cleaning and energy costs while aligning with the market’s growing demand for healthier, more sustainable kitchen solutions. Future integration with smart cooking systems will further optimize heating and filtration, offering a cleaner, more efficient way to cook.
