當項目概念初期,團隊成員各自有不同想要探索的議題。在經過多輪的選題和討論後,我們決定圍繞「相遇不一定有結果,但一定有意義」這個主題進行發想。
在作品的美術初期,我們參考了美式風格,試圖捕捉手繪風格的溫暖感。最終,我們將焦點放在日系風格,呈現更加精緻的背景美術。場景和角色動畫是採用數位插畫技術創作的,並且在後期製作中加入了特殊效果,增強畫面的豐富性。
故事圍繞著一隻浣熊,當他遇到一個布偶後,從一開始的害羞內向和恐懼疑惑中轉變過來。他看到布偶渴望回到主人身邊,於是決定幫助它。
在他們的旅程中,通過一系列的遭遇和事件,他們建立了深厚的情感。這種情感的積累在遇到一個拒絕他們的小女孩時達到對比,最終,浣熊決定照顧布偶,並細心地珍惜它,視其為自己的「朋友」。

Friends

At the initial stage of the project concept, the team members had different topics they wanted to explore. After multiple rounds of idea selection and discussions, we decided to develop the concept around the theme "Encounters may not always lead to results, but they always have meaning."
In the early stages of the artwork, we referred to American styles, hoping to capture the warmth of a hand-drawn aesthetic. Ultimately, we focused on a Japanese-style approach, presenting more refined background art. The scenes and character animations were created using digital illustration techniques, and special effects were added during post-production to enhance the richness of the visuals.
The story is centered around a raccoon who, after meeting a puppet, shifts from being shy and introverted to overcoming his initial fear and confusion. He sees the puppet's desire to return to its owner and decides to help it.
Throughout their journey, through various encounters and events, they develop a bond. This emotional buildup is contrasted when they meet a little girl who rejects the raccoon and puppet. In the end, the raccoon decides to take care of the puppet and cherishes it as his "friend" with great care and devotion.
