"Plague" is a simulation and management game that blends Western fantasy with alchemical elements. Players take on the role of a potion alchemist, running a clinic by diagnosing patients, brewing potions, and gathering herbs, while encountering people from various races.

In a world where the concept of "doctor" has yet to emerge, alchemists dedicate themselves to research and experimentation, crafting potions to heal the sick. Through years of tireless effort, the profession of the Potion Alchemist was born.
And you—Plague—have inherited your late parents' profession, stepping into the role of a potion alchemist to run your own clinic. Nervous about treating your first patient? Don’t worry—your companion and assistant, the raven Crow, will be there to support you.
