將雲林縣布袋戲館改建為圖書館，並與雲林故事館、星巴克和誠品結合，創造融合文化與商業的創新空間。改造計畫串聯虎尾日治時期的郡役所、合同廳舍、郡守官邸，賦予這些歷史建築新的現代功能，喚醒虎尾的歷史圖書館將不僅是知識的儲存地，還是社區活動和文化交流的中心，解決當地公共設施不足的問題，增強社群互動與地方凝聚力。這次改造將推動虎尾的文化繁榮，促進經濟發展為社區帶來新的活力和商業機會社交型圖書館就是一個既能讀書，又能交流、學習的新型空間，不再只是安靜的自習室，而是讓人們彼此連結的地方。設計上強調開放感，空間靈活可變，能應對個人閱讀、小組討論或講座活動。館內設有討論區、創意工坊、休憩咖啡角，讓學習變得更輕鬆有趣。智慧技術如自助借書、電子閱讀、互動展示牆，讓資訊更易取得。同時，也有不同年齡層的專屬空間，從兒童到長者都能找到適合自己的角落。環保設計則結合自然採光與綠色植物，讓空間更舒適。這樣的圖書館不只是存放書籍的地方，更是一個促進社交、激發創意的文化場域，讓知識與人產生更多連結。

The design emphasizes a sense of openness, and the space is flexible and can accommodate individual reading, group discussions or lectures. Smart technologies such as self-service book borrowing, e-reading, and interactive display walls make information more accessible.
