本研究針對長期臥床下肢肌無力患者所面臨的肌肉萎縮與照護困境,開發居家復健輔具「Amier Helio」,旨在填補現有市場缺口。本產品以輕量化、易操作及價格合理為核心,結合機械輔助與智能調節技術,提供患者安全且高效的自主復健方案,同時顯著減輕照護者的體力負擔。
設計上,「Amier Helio」採用模組化結構,整合大腿與小腿裝置,配置高效靜音馬達,可依據患者身形調整角度與支撐力,確保運動過程的平穩性與舒適度。為提升安全性,裝置內建緊急停止功能與過載保護機制,並搭配U型緩衝墊分散壓力,降低使用風險。此外,產品支援多段運動頻率與幅度設定,可依個別復健需求彈性調整,強化照護者與醫療端的協作效率。外觀設計以白橘配色為主,兼顧視覺親和力與日常清潔便利性,貼近居家使用情境。
預期成果方面,「Amier Helio」不僅能延緩患者肌肉退化、提升自主復健意願,更可降低照護者因頻繁肢體協助導致的職業傷害風險,優化整體照護效率。透過填補居家復健市場空缺,本產品將推動高齡化社會下更永續的醫療照護模式,實現以使用者需求為核心的創新價值,為患者與照護者創造兼具實用性與人性化的解決方案。

Amier Helio

This study focuses on addressing the challenges of muscle atrophy and caregiving difficulties faced by long-term bedridden patients with lower limb muscle weakness by developing a home rehabilitation assistive device, "Amier Helio," aimed at filling the existing market gap. The product is designed with a core focus on being lightweight, easy to operate, and cost-effective. By integrating mechanical assistance and intelligent adjustment technologies, it provides patients with a safe and efficient self-rehabilitation solution while significantly reducing the physical burden on caregivers.

In terms of design, "Amier Helio" adopts a modular structure that integrates thigh and calf devices, equipped with a high-efficiency silent motor. This allows for adjustments in angle and support based on the patient's body shape, ensuring smooth and comfortable movement during rehabilitation. To enhance safety, the device includes built-in emergency stop and overload protection mechanisms, along with a U-shaped cushion to distribute pressure and reduce usage risks. Additionally, the product supports multiple levels of motion frequency and amplitude settings, allowing for flexible adjustments tailored to individual rehabilitation needs, thereby improving collaboration efficiency between caregivers and medical professionals.

In terms of expected outcomes, "Amier Helio" not only helps delay muscle degeneration and enhances patients' willingness to engage in self-rehabilitation but also reduces the risk of occupational injuries for caregivers caused by frequent physical assistance, thereby optimizing overall caregiving efficiency.
