《Beautiful》 / 《Sorry Means Nothing》

這次,我為官方提供的動畫創作了配樂,《Beautiful》
這首曲子同樣以弦樂器為基礎,但這次我搭配了單簧管與雙簧管,透過不同的演奏技巧帶出輕快的節奏感。
在和聲與旋律設計上,我使用鋼琴與合成器寫出富有推進感的riff,並讓合成器搭配鋼琴的琶音,營造流動感。此外,我挑選了一款Pad音色來補充低頻,使整體更飽滿。

進入後半段時,我加入電吉他的分解和弦,與大鼓和貝斯一同推動音樂的張力,使整體更有層次感並帶出即將迎來高潮的氛圍。
在節奏設計上,我特別加了拍手聲來增強律動感,使整體更加生動有力。

《Sorry Means Nothing》
這首曲子我使用了大量的弦樂器來營造莊嚴的氛圍,其中大提琴與貝斯支撐整體的低頻,不僅增添厚重感,還帶出一絲詭異的氛圍。
在旋律上,我運用鋼琴與音樂盒寫出帶有詭異馬戲團風格的旋律,並透過變化弦樂器的奏法來塑造節奏感。

打擊樂部分,鼓組整體走輕快的風格,但我特別調整了大鼓的音色,讓它聽起來更具層次與重量感。
此外,為了強化音樂與畫面的互動,我加入了許多音效細節,如時鐘聲、笑聲、打字聲等,使整體更具戲劇張力。

This piece also heavily features strings, but unlike the previous one, I introduced clarinets and oboes, using different playing techniques to create a lively and dynamic rhythm.

For the harmonic and melodic foundation, I composed an engaging riff using piano and synthesizers, with the synth complementing the piano’s arpeggios to enhance the sense of motion. I also selected a pad sound to fill out the lower frequencies, ensuring a fuller, more balanced mix.

In the latter half of the piece, I incorporated arpeggiated electric guitar chords, working alongside the kick drum and bass to build anticipation towards a climax.
For the rhythm section, I added clap sounds to enhance the groove and make the overall feel more energetic and dynamic.

This time, I composed music for two official animations: "Sorry Means Nothing" and "Beautiful."

"Sorry Means Nothing"
For this piece, I incorporated a large number of string instruments to create a solemn atmosphere. The cello and bass provide a deep, resonant foundation, adding both weight and an eerie quality to the track.

To further enhance this unsettling tone, I used piano and a music box to craft a melody reminiscent of a twisted circus theme. Additionally, I varied the articulation of the string instruments to create rhythmic movement throughout the piece.

As for the percussion, the drum patterns are generally light and quick, but I specifically altered the kick drum’s timbre to add depth and impact.
To complement the visual details, I incorporated various sound effects such as clock ticking, laughter, and typing sounds, adding an extra layer of texture and immersion.
