這片位於高雄市苓雅區的三角地帶，曾是當地最繁華的區域，承載著無數人的珍貴回憶。巷弄間曾回蕩著商販的吆喝聲、孩童的歡笑聲與熙來攘往的腳步聲，見證了幾代人的成長。然而，隨著時代變遷，人潮漸漸流失，昔日榮景不再，但對居民而言，這片土地仍是心中的歸屬。

隨著高齡化社會來臨，失智症患者人數日增。統計顯示，苓雅區的失智人口在高雄市排名第二，每三位長者中便有一位受影響。然而，目前的長照體系仍缺乏專門針對失智症的照護機構，讓許多家庭感到無助。因此，我們希望將這片充滿回憶的土地，轉化為溫暖的失智照護機構。

這裡曾是許多長者成長的地方，即使疾病讓他們遺忘，熟悉的環境仍能喚起片段記憶，帶來安全感與歸屬感，減緩陌生與不安。我們將透過空間設計，營造懷舊氛圍，讓熟悉的街道與場景成為他們心靈的依靠。

這不僅是一座照護機構，更是一個充滿愛與回憶的家園。我們將透過社區互動、專業照護與家庭參與，讓長者與親人共度珍貴時光。或許記憶會消散，但情感不會消失，這裡將成為長者最熟悉的歸宿，讓愛與溫暖在這片土地上延續。

Up where we belong

This triangular area, located in Lingya District of Kaohsiung City, was once the most bustling region in the area, bearing the precious memories of countless people. Echoes of vendors' shouts, children's laughter, and bustling footsteps echoed through the alleyways, witnessing the growth of several generations. However, as times have changed, the crowds have gradually faded away, and the glory of the past has faded, but for the residents, this land remains a place in their hearts.

With the advent of an aging society, the number of dementia patients is on the rise. Statistics show that Lingya District has the second-highest number of dementia patients in Kaohsiung City, with one in three elderly individuals affected. However, the current long-term care system still lacks dedicated institutions for dementia, leaving many families feeling helpless. Therefore, we hope to transform this land filled with memories into a warm institution for dementia care.

This was once a place where many elders grew up, and even when illness made them forget, familiar surroundings still evoke fragmented memories, providing a sense of security and belonging, and alleviating unfamiliarity and unease. We will create a nostalgic atmosphere through spatial design, making familiar streets and scenes a sanctuary for their souls.

This is not just a care institution; it is also a home filled with love and memories. We will enable seniors to spend precious time with their families through community interactions, professional care, and family engagement. Perhaps memories may fade, but emotions will not; this place will become the most familiar haven for seniors, allowing love and warmth to continue on this land.
