汽車文化對社會經濟結構產生深遠的影響，基地位於台中麗寶樂園內的國際賽車場，利用原有麗寶國際賽車場所帶來的汽車文化風，設計一座可以推廣汽車文化的建築中心，不管是對於一般民眾或是本身對汽車有濃厚興趣的愛好者，都可以共同享受以及參語的活動空間，提供這項空間所帶來的益處，
是源自於汽車愛好者通常會進行的活動為車聚，但在車聚文化中通常的空間或地點通常會在停車場或是空地但受限於環境影響，對推廣汽車文化以及文化來說都不是一個相對優良的環境，所以透過這項設計可以提供給任何人使用以及推廣汽車文化的優良環境，設計概念使用人體以及汽車同為一體，人體需要細胞結合，而汽車則需要零件的結合，兩者各自結合，分別成為生物體以及機械生物體，分裂結合組成為空間。

Automobile culture has a profound impact on the social and economic structure. The base is located in the International Racetrack in Lihpao Land, Taichung. Taking advantage of the automobile culture brought by the original Lihpao International Racetrack, a building center that can promote automobile culture is designed. Whether it is for the general public or enthusiasts who have a strong interest in cars, they can enjoy and participate in the activity space together, providing the benefits brought by this space.
It is derived from the fact that car enthusiasts usually gather for a car party. However, the usual space or location in the car party culture is usually in a parking lot or an open space. However, due to environmental influences, it is not a relatively good environment for promoting car culture and culture. Therefore, through this design, an excellent environment for anyone to use and promote car culture can be provided. The design concept uses the human body and the car as one. The human body requires cell combination, while the car requires the combination of parts. The two are combined to become a biological organism and a mechanical organism respectively, and the division and combination form a space.
