我們將旗津渡輪站打造成融合交通、觀光與住宿的象徵性地標，保留其原始的機能與空間性質，同時提升使用價值，使其不僅是交通樞紐，更是旅客駐足體驗的場域。二樓規劃為活動空間與咖啡廳，提供遊客與當地居民休憩、交流的場所，營造輕鬆愜意的氛圍，並可舉辦展覽、藝文活動，豐富地方文化內涵。三樓與四樓則打造成結合「落地及住宿」概念的飯店空間，提供舒適且具有地方特色的住宿環境，滿足短暫停留或深度旅遊的需求。建築設計融入在地文化與現代美學，外觀採用流線造型與大面玻璃設計，讓旅客可欣賞無敵海景，塑造獨特的城市景觀。除此之外，周邊也規劃步行區與綠意空間，提升整體環境品質，打造更宜人的旅遊體驗，使旗津渡輪站成為高雄的重要門戶與觀光亮點。

Cóng gǔ zhì jīn

We have transformed the Cijin Ferry Terminal into a symbolic landmark that integrates transportation, tourism, and accommodation while preserving its original functions and spatial characteristics. By enhancing its usability, the terminal is no longer just a transportation hub but also a place for travelers to stop and experience. The second floor is designed as an event space and café, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment for tourists and locals to rest and interact. It can also host exhibitions and cultural activities, enriching the local cultural scene. The third and fourth floors are developed into a hotel space based on the concept of "landing and accommodation," offering comfortable lodging with local characteristics to meet the needs of both short stays and in-depth travel experiences. The architectural design incorporates local culture and modern aesthetics, featuring streamlined shapes and large glass panels that allow visitors to enjoy breathtaking ocean views, creating a unique urban landscape. Additionally, the surrounding area is planned with pedestrian zones and green spaces to improve the overall environment, providing a more enjoyable travel experience. This transformation makes the Cijin Ferry Terminal a key gateway and an iconic tourist attraction in Kaohsiung.
