正因如此，我希望以這些議題為序章，將視野投向安平近年翻新的區域，如亞果碼頭，它以獨特的商業模式，為海上娛樂與短程航海旅遊開啟新篇章。或許，水上建築的興起，不僅能成為對環境議題的回應，更能與安平新興的娛樂型態交融，構築出別具一格的海上藝境。在這片海天交會的舞台上，建築不再只是結構的堆砌，而是一種情感的流動，能與海洋藝術家、音樂家攜手共鳴，讓海風承載樂音，將安平獨有的韻律傳遞至更遼闊的世界。

Dreaming in the Blue Horizon

Anping, a harbor steeped in the memories of time, where the tides gently caress the traces of history, whispering past stories through the wind and waves. In my journey of seeking inspiration, I chose this land as my starting point, tracing the winding waterways that reflect the shifting eras. Yet, in this exploration, I could not ignore the lurking concerns beneath the shimmering surface—the erosion caused by environmental disasters, the looming threat of global warming, creeping forward like an unseen tide, reminding us of our responsibility for the future.
For this reason, I wish to begin with these pressing issues, shifting my gaze toward Anping’s newly revitalized areas, such as the Argo Pier. With its unique business model, it has opened new possibilities for maritime entertainment and short-distance sailing tourism. Perhaps the rise of floating architecture will not only serve as a response to environmental concerns but also blend seamlessly with Anping’s evolving entertainment landscape, creating a distinctive marine cultural scene. On this stage where the sea and sky converge, architecture is no longer merely a composition of structures but a fluid expression of emotion, resonating with oceanic artists and musicians. Here, the sea breeze carries melodies, spreading the unique rhythm of Anping to the vast and boundless world.
