府城圓聲帶，帶你回到記憶中的臺南。
藉由黑膠唱片展覽，將歷史轉譯為視覺與聲音的語彙，以線條呈現聲音的視覺與流動，勾勒出府城圓環的樣貌，傳達城市發展的多元故事。
臺南是臺灣歷史重要的發源地之一，七個圓環是城市發展的重要樞紐，圍繞在周邊的建築因此開展屬於它們各自精彩的故事，並與圓環有著密不可分的關係。
府城圓聲帶以黑膠展覽的形式，搭配臺南七個圓環特色建構出歷史、西方信仰、觀光、飲食、通勤及娛樂和古蹟主題，藉由各圓環周邊的「數位聲景」以AI歌曲黑膠唱片搭配NFC播放裝置，帶領遊客透過NFC感應裝置，將收錄其內的歌曲播放出來，隨著AI所創作出描繪各圓環歷史特色及發展的音樂，讓聽者藉由聲音的引導，沉浸在臺南城市的不同面貌之中。
此外，本專案也設計出臺南七個圓環的聲景禮盒及唱片，裡面收納了導覽書及內嵌NFC黑膠唱片播放裝置。黑膠唱片上的環形刻紋、反射光澤及單色魚眼廣角的插畫連結城市紋理呈現七個圓環的特色，引導遊客藉由視覺與聽覺的多重體驗認識臺南城市的文化歷史的豐富面貌，也做為城市展覽的文創商品及愛好者的收藏，讓人們即使在家也能體驗到府城圓聲帶。

Voice Around Circle In Fucheng, Taking You Back to the Tainan of Your Memories.
Through a vinyl record exhibition, history is translated into a visual and auditory vocabulary, presenting the visual and flowing aspects of sound through lines, outlining the appearance of the Fucheng roundabouts, and conveying the diverse stories of the city's development.
Tainan is one of Taiwan's most significant historical birthplaces. The seven roundabouts are vital hubs in the city's development, with the surrounding buildings unfolding their own unique stories, intricately connected to the roundabouts.
Voice Around Circle In Fucheng, in the form of a vinyl exhibition, combines the characteristics of Tainan's seven roundabouts to create themes related to history, Western beliefs, tourism, food, commuting, entertainment, and heritage sites. By incorporating "digital soundscapes" around each circle, the exhibition uses AI-created songs played through an NFC-enabled vinyl player, guiding visitors through the NFC sensor device. The songs depict the historical features and development of each roundabouts, allowing listeners to immerse themselves in the different aspects of Tainan's cityscape through sound.
Additionally, this project has designed a soundscape gift box and records for the seven roundabouts of Tainan, containing a guidebook and an embedded NFC vinyl record player. The circular grooves, reflective gloss, and monochrome fisheye wide-angle illustrations on the vinyl record connect with the city's textures, presenting the unique features of the seven roundabouts. It guides visitors to understand Tainan's rich cultural and historical landscape through a multi-sensory experience of both sight and sound. These serve not only as creative cultural products for city exhibitions but also as collectible items for enthusiasts, allowing people to experience Voice Around Circle In Fucheng even at home.
