本設計案以獨棟住宅及度假園區為核心，並選擇山莊別墅的古典高雅建築風格呈現。設計方向的確立源於我們對過去未能完善的題目進行回顧，透過團隊成員的喜好排序與討論，最終確定本次的設計目標。
基地選址方面，我們夠結合交通便利與環境清幽的優勢，因此選定了觀音山山腳的坡地。此地不僅擁有我們所需的基本條件，也提供了足夠的發展空間。雖然部分環境問題仍需克服，例如微環境的調整、水池與綠林的佈局及鐵皮景觀的改善，但這些都能透過適當的人工改造來達成。
在議題探討上，我們關注高壓社會對人們心理狀態的影響，並希望藉由空間設計提供一種緩解壓力的方式。因此，我們營造英式莊園的氛圍，讓旅客能夠沉浸於花園、牧場等場域中，感受與現代度假形式不同的悠閒與典雅生活方式。這不僅能讓入住者放慢步調、釋放壓力，也帶來一種貴族般的生活體驗。
為了確保風格的準確性，我們深入研究古典建築的多種類型，分析其元素及細部設計邏輯。由於過去未曾接觸過此類風格，因此我們進行了大量學習，探索其存在的歷史意義與建構方式，以確保設計的完整性與細緻度。透過這些研究與設計整合，我們希望打造一個能夠提供沉靜放鬆氛圍，並展現古典美學的度假莊園。

charopos manor house

This project focuses on standalone residences and resort complexes, presented in an elegant classical villa style. Our design direction was established by reviewing past projects that we felt were not fully realized. Through team discussions and preference rankings, we ultimately decided to pursue this concept.
For site selection, we aimed to combine convenience and tranquility, leading us to choose a hillside location at the foot of Guanyin Mountain. This site meets most of our criteria while providing ample space for development. Although some environmental challenges remain—such as microclimate adjustments, positioning of water features and greenery, and improving unsightly metal structures—these can all be addressed through thoughtful design interventions.
Regarding the core theme, we wanted to create a space that alleviates stress in today's high-pressure society. Inspired by the atmosphere of an English manor, we designed a retreat where visitors can immerse themselves in lush gardens and pastures, offering a refined, aristocratic lifestyle distinct from modern vacation experiences. This environment encourages guests to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a sense of timeless elegance.
To ensure architectural authenticity, we conducted extensive research into various classical styles, analyzing their defining elements and design principles. Since we had no prior experience with this aesthetic, we first had to study its historical significance and construction logic in depth. By integrating these insights, we aim to create a refined and immersive resort that balances relaxation with classical beauty.
