青銀共居是一種創新的居住模式，透過讓青年與銀髮族共同生活與共居，透過共居來幫助解決世代間的交流與互助。而台灣因出生一直不成正比，導致台灣在113年變成超高齡社會，在現代中年輕人遇到經濟問題，導致年輕人因工作及學業往市區發展，遇到長時間工作與工作壓力等等，慢慢高齡者已習慣獨居老人，而青銀因不常居住一起存在溝通上的問題，在基地選址在高雄市鳳山區，因高雄市鳳山區是高齡人口最多地方，透過共居減少獨居老人，在我們集合住宅裡棟7樓從三樓到六樓是住宅層，把高齡者分成三、四樓青年人分成五、六樓，一樓設置對外的商店空間以公設，因應可以解決周遭高齡者獨居問題，而二樓設置對內的公設空間，7樓設置辦公間及園藝教室，因應青銀兩種人的問題，在1樓室外增加市集及廣場，讓青銀更多交流，設置橋梁做為休息空間。

In modern times, young people are facing economic problems, which has led to young people moving to urban areas for work and study. They are faced with long working hours and work pressure, etc. Gradually, the elderly have become accustomed to living alone. Qingyin has communication problems because they do not live together often. The base was located in Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City, because Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City has the largest elderly population. Co-living can reduce the number of people living alone. For the elderly, in our collective housing building, the 7th floor from the 3rd to the 6th floor is the residential floor. The elderly are divided into the 3rd and 4th floors, and the young are divided into the 5th and 6th floors. The first floor has an external shop space for public facilities, which should solve the problem of elderly people living alone in the surrounding area. The second floor has an internal public space, and the 7th floor has offices and gardening classrooms. In response to the problems of the young and the young, a market and square are added outdoors on the 1st floor to allow more communication between the young and the young, and a bridge is set up as a rest space.
