The park is designed with a focus on connecting people to water and plankton. Multiple water-play zones are set up throughout the area, creating opportunities for visitors to interact closely with water. The architecture reflects the organic forms of plankton, featuring curved and folded designs that soften the edges of the buildings. Additionally, abundant greenery is incorporated to allow visitors to enjoy the benefits of phytoncides, helping them relax while exploring the park.
The park is divided into a main pavilion and a secondary pavilion. The main pavilion focuses on interactive installations and the dissemination of scientific knowledge. The secondary pavilion offers a hands-on DIY experience where visitors can make traditional mung bean cakes, along with a café for relaxation. Surrounding the park, a shallow creek is equipped with simple rinse-off areas, providing convenience for parents while allowing children to fully enjoy water play.
